Condos and Ozone Generators
Removing odors in condos is completely necessary, solely because pet, cooking, tobacco smoke, moisture, body and mold odors will build up over time and create a horrible, unpleasant smell as time goes by. These odors will not only linger in the air, but will also linger in crevices, cabinets, walls, ceilings, the carpet or hardwood, the drapes, clothing, furniture, closets, the kitchen and just about anywhere and everywhere. When it comes to ridding odors out of condos, the Bio3Blaster ozone generator unit does the job best.
For example, if a rental condo property has a policy that is against pets, and the last tenants had a secret cat for a pet, that creates an issue. Not only does it break the policy, but it also creates odors. If the cat urinated on the carpet at some point and it went unnoticed, that instantly creates an awful odor. Not only will this odor stick to the carpet, but will drift all throughout the condo, and before you know it, everyone who walks in will smell it.
To eliminate odors in condos, plug in the ozone generator unit and plug it on. Based on the severity of the odor, you may need to have it going all night. Ensure that your air conditioner or heater is running, so the treatment can go all throughout the condo easily, and make sure that all of the cabinets, drawers, closets and doors are wide open. This will allow for better ventilation not only all throughout the house, but through every crevice possible. If a certain closest is particularly the one with the worst odor, the generator will see to it, as long as the door is wide open.
After the cycle has finished running its course, check to see whether or not the odor is completely gone. If not, run the cycle once more.
